Return Policy ( for Handmade Items)

Because all of our items are handmade and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items made-to-order
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or shape (these are normal with handmade products)

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may already be in production and cannot cancel.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
